I specialise in the preparation and prosecution of patents and designs before the Australian and New Zealand Patent Offices. I have extensive experience in the electrical and electronic patent fields, particularly network architecture and machinery, as well as business methods, gaming machines and software.

I entered the IP profession in 2002, working at the Australian Patent Office as an Examiner in the telecommunications field, specialising in digital signal processing, satellite communication and radio propagation. I have also worked at the Australian Communications Authority in both the spectrum planning and space systems areas.

I am extremely proud to be a co-founder of RnB IP with my long time mentor, Bill Bennett. Bill hired me as a trainee patent attorney in 2003, and saw me progress from associate to partner at Pizzeys Patent Attorneys.

Away from work, I try and keep up with my three kids and their busy lives. I enjoy hitting the golf ball and playing guitar, as well as exploring the world of craft beers and wine.
